Tiwest JV Kwinana Pigment Plant : D2201 Chlorinator Vessel and Waste Solids Cyclone
Fabrication of the Chlorinator Vessel to AS1210 Class 1 Specification commenced in February 2009 and was completed in October 2009.
The project involved:
• Importation of 200m thick Astm materials from USA
• Welding using sub ARC welding
• All welding on the vessel was subejct to 100% NDT by X-Ray and MPI Methods
